(Nasdaq: INZY), a clinical-stage rare disease biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutics for the treatment of pathologic mineralization and intimal proliferation, today announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of $60,000,000 of shares of its common stock. In addition, Inozyme intends to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock offered in the offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. All of the shares of common stock are to be offered by Inozyme.
